I cannot recommend David enough. I had a tricky issue with our Thermador dish washer and he was able to figure it out quickly. They had discontinued the parts needed, but he helped me search for them online! Got one ordered in and he came back and had it pulled apart and fixed quickly. Nice, very courteous, and he even was friendly to my nosey dog. 10/10.
I had an emergency repair situation. My usual go-to was booked 2 weeks out. I found Atlas Appliances through a quick Google search and immediately reached out after seeing all of the good reviews. They had me scheduled for a next day appointment (they could have done day-of if I had been available) and Jose showed up right on time for my appointment. He was courteous, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Even better- he got my washer fixed and running again within the hour. My Dryer stopped heating, Roman came over in less than an hour and had my dryer apart, and diagnosed in a timely manner . He had the fuses in stock and was able to replace them without a problem. I was able to get warm clothes again in under 2 hours. Ive used Atlas in the past to repair my fridge and oven and we’ll continue to use the in the future!!!Would definitely recommend Fantastic work.
